After You Submit Your Order
Once your order is submitted, our team will manually review the content you provided for your product.
If any required content is missing or incomplete, you will receive an email notification with a request to upload the missing files or information. In this case, your project cannot begin, and a delivery deadline will not be provided until everything is in place.
To avoid delays, we recommend double-checking that all required files — such as product dimensions, artwork, and reference images — are submitted correctly.
If everything is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your project has officially started. This email will include your project start confirmation and the expected delivery date.
Our team will then begin production, and your selected angles and delivery formats will be followed exactly as requested.
