File Delivery Format

All 3D product renderings and 360-degree images are delivered in a structured, easy-to-use format to ensure you can start working with them right away.

How Files Are Delivered

Once your project is complete and approved, you will receive an email with a link to access your final files. You can also download them directly from your dashboard on the platform.

The files are delivered as a ZIP archive that contains:

• High-resolution image files based on your selected angles and formats

• File names organized by angle and type (for example: front_01.jpg, top_01.jpg, gs1_front_01.jpg)

• Separate folders for different delivery formats if multiple options were selected (e.g. GS1, Amazon, Custom)

File Types

By default, files are delivered in JPG or PNG format depending on your selected delivery settings. If you selected the Custom delivery option, your files may also include:

• TIFF or PSD formats

• Transparent backgrounds

• Clipping paths

• Custom dimensions or margins

Re-Downloading Files

All delivered files remain available in your project dashboard, so you can download them again at any time.
