Invoices and Receipts
After you complete a payment through the platform, a digital receipt and invoice will be generated automatically.
Where to Find Your Invoices:
A copy of the invoice will be sent to your email immediately after successful payment
You can also access and download past invoices anytime from your account dashboard, under the Billing or Order History section
What’s Included:
Each invoice includes:
Order number and project name
Date of payment
Product(s) ordered
Total amount paid
Billing details
Applicable VAT or tax (if relevant)
For Business Clients:
If you need invoices addressed to a company or require a VAT number to appear, make sure your billing information is correctly filled out before completing payment. This can be done in your account settings.
If you have any issues locating your invoice or need changes to a past receipt, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
