What types of 3D renderings can I order through Packely?

You can order three types of renderings:

  • GS1-compliant images, optimized for GDSN datapools

  • Amazon-ready images, formatted to meet Amazon’s product image requirements

  • Custom renderings, where you define file format, dimensions, margins, shadows, and more

All renderings are created in high resolution by our professional 3D team and delivered digitally through your account.

How long does it take to receive my renderings?

Most projects are delivered within 2-4 business days after we confirm that all required content has been submitted and approved. If anything is missing from your order, we’ll notify you by email, and production will begin once all materials are received.

What do I need to provide when placing an order?

To start your project, we’ll need the following:

  • Product name and GTIN (barcode)

  • Product dimensions (width and height)

  • Packaging artwork or label design

  • Reference images of the packaging

  • Product photos (only needed for products visible through transparent packaging)

Complete and accurate files help us deliver faster and reduce the need for revisions.

Can I request changes after my renderings are delivered?

Yes. You can request up to 3 rounds of revisions per product. Revisions typically cover minor changes like angle adjustments, materials, or label corrections. If major changes are needed (e.g. new artwork or missing assets), a new order or extra charge may apply.

Is payment secure and how is it handled?

All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. Stripe supports major credit cards and local payment options. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on Packely’s servers. After your first payment, Stripe can securely store your info to speed up future orders.
