These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and platform operated by Packely ApS ("Packely," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Denmark (CVR DK40374973) with offices at Trindsovej 6, 1, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. By accessing or using our website, services, or platform, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Packely provides 3D product rendering services to businesses. Our platform allows users to:
Create an account
Upload product-related content
Receive automatic pricing
Place and pay for orders
Review delivered renderings
Our services are intended exclusively for business customers, not for individual consumers.
To use our platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business or organization.
Have the authority to bind the business or organization you represent to these Terms.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing an email address or using a third-party login (e.g., Google). You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
All activity under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized
We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect misuse, fraud, or any violation of these Terms.
You may upload files and product materials for the purpose of receiving 3D rendering services. By submitting content to us, you represent and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share and use the content
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by submitting content to Packely, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and use the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including but not limited to service development, quality assurance, and operational optimization.
We may retain content and related deliverables for internal purposes such as business continuity, service development, and improvement, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing: Prices are automatically generated based on the content and options you provide. All prices are shown in the applicable currency and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges made through your account.
Refunds: Orders are final once payment is processed. Refunds may be granted only in accordance with our Refund Policy (if applicable).
Service Delivery: We aim to deliver high-quality 3D renderings based on the specifications provided. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon.
Revisions: You may submit feedback or request revisions up to three (3) times per product. After the third submission, the product will be considered approved automatically.
If no feedback is provided within five (5) calendar days of delivery, the content will be deemed automatically approved.
Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the scope mentioned above may be subject to additional charges and are at our discretion.
Ownership: You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Once rendered, the 3D models and related deliverables are licensed to you for business use only.
Restrictions: You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the rendered content as standalone products.
Use Packely’s proprietary techniques, models, or technology outside of the rendering process.
Packely’s Intellectual Property: Packely retains ownership of all intellectual property used in or arising from the platform, including models, techniques, and technologies used to create deliverables.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems
Upload harmful, defamatory, infringing, or illegal content
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and store your personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that any content or data you upload complies with applicable data protection regulations.
You may delete your account at any time, and your personal data will be removed as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, content uploaded for rendering may be retained to maintain business continuity and service development.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform
That our renderings will meet all expectations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to our platform and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packely shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Packely’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services in question.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, or otherwise subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies and forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you accept the terms of the DPA as applicable to your use of our platform.
Payments made through our platform are securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) certified as PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store or process full credit card information. Payment data is encrypted during transmission using SSL/TLS protocols and tokenized.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing details are accurate and kept up to date.
